You need to know when you have left your premises, that somebody will be there if things go wrong, or that your assets are being protected by an alarm system, CCTV or similar.

We are able to provide our customers with peace of mind satisfaction that, should an intruder alarm be activated out of hours, or should an "intruder" be captured on CCTV, we are ready to respond.

As a company, we hold hundreds of sets of keys and alarm codes in our 24 hour secure control room, waiting for the call from our customer's alarm receiving station or the Police, to inform us that there is a problem on our customer's sites.

Each key is uniquely identified by the application of a security seal, which is logged out of the control room only when required for an activation. When returned, a new seal is applied and the keys are checked in, giving us a full audit of key movements for each individual key.

Details of alarm codes and other specialist instructions are held in the control room and are only released to authorised personnel, who are highly trained in alarm response and panel setting, after verification.

We are also able to offer escort services for organisations who do not wish their staff to attend to alarm calls, out of hours, on their own.

Comprehensive documentation for each alarm call is left for our client's attention after every visit, a copy of this is also available in our 24 hour manned control room.
